From setup to your first order.

Request an account through an official contact channel. Once you receive your invitation or setup access, enter the owner details and set your password.

Open Shop management in Admin and add your first shop. Enterprise accounts can add shops up to their subscription entitlement.

Build your master catalog in Admin. For example: 6-inch Cake, 8-inch Cake, Butter Cake, and Pizza.

FLOVA

Add the choices you sell, such as Round, Square, Chocolate, or Lava. Set prices on the variants.

For Enterprise, enable each item at the shops that sell it. Keep the master variant price or set an optional price for a particular shop.

Install the official Android app and authorize the device for its shop. The POS receives that shop’s available products and variant prices.

Start a new order. Set the due date and time, add customer details, choose the item and variant, and enter any design code or customizations. Preview the details, then confirm.

Connect a compatible Bluetooth thermal printer. Print customer and kitchen vouchers from the POS workflow. Confirm printer compatibility with support before purchasing.

Once the confirmed order syncs and the connection permits, the kitchen team can view its relevant production details in FLOVA Kitchen.

Review sales summaries and reports in Admin. Manage your products, shops, devices, subscription, and account settings in this separate owner workspace.

With Enterprise, keep each shop’s products, optional variant prices, and authorized devices organized. POS catalog caches are isolated by shop.
